Bright and refined, the 2019 Mitans opens with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and cranberry, threaded with violet florals and delicate forest-floor notes. On the palate it is elegant and layered — silky texture, fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins support concentrated red fruit, subtle spice and a mineral, savory finish.
