品飲筆記：淡金色酒液，第一嗅先是蜂蜜與香草的溫柔甜感，接著飄出淡淡果香和麥芽香，還有綿密的棉花糖感及一絲輕香料。入口細緻不厚重，奶油般的香草太妃、烘烤穀物和些許堅果感交織，尾韻偏乾但暖和，餘味悠長且舒服。 酒廠與生產：格蘭冠是典型斯佩塞（Speyside）的老牌酒廠，這款10年酒款走日常易飲路線，重視清晰與優雅。釀造過程採用傳統銅製壺式蒸餾器，並以以美國前波本桶為主的桶型熟成，帶來香草與蜂蜜調性。 田野與原料：使用斯佩塞鄰近地區的麥芽與在地水源，水質柔和讓酒體保有明亮花果與麥芽特質。整體口感輕盈順口，適合剛接觸單一麥芽的朋友，也適合喜歡細緻香氣的人慢慢品味。

Tasting note: Pale gold in the glass with an inviting nose of honeyed vanilla, light orchard fruit and malt. Hints of marshmallow and delicate floral notes sit alongside a whisper of spice and brown sugar. On the palate it is elegant and fairly light-bodied, showing creamy vanilla fudge, toasted cereal and a subtle nutty warmth; the finish is dry, gently warming and pleasantly persistent. Producer notes: From a historic Speyside house long associated with the Grant family, this 10-year-old expression is crafted as an accessible, clean, and classically Speyside single malt designed for everyday enjoyment. Distillation & ageing: Distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured primarily in American ex-bourbon oak casks, which lend the characteristic vanilla and honeyed aromas. The spirit is bottled at a typical bottling strength to preserve approachability and aromatic clarity. Source & terroir: Water and locally malted barley from Speyside-adjacent suppliers contribute to a light, floral malt character. The combination of soft Speyside water, careful distillation and moderate ageing produces a whisky that balances freshness with gentle oak-derived spice.
