來自埃特納火山坡的小酒莊,這支酒帶著爽脆的檸檬皮、青蘋果與細緻花香,最顯著的是來自熔岩土壤的礦物與鹹感。入口清爽有力,酸度明顯但不刺,酒體中段有微微的乳酸與酵母味道,帶出圓潤口感而不厚重。釀造上以不鏽鋼發酵為主,搭配短期與細膩的舊橡木或瓶中澱粉接觸,保留鮮度同時增添質地。建議開瓶後稍微醒半小時,清涼飲用,尤其適合海鮮、清淡烤物或帶香草的家常菜。
Bright and lively Etna white from a small volcanic hillside producer. On the nose it shows fresh lemon zest, green apple and white florals with an unmistakable stony, saline signature from the lava soils. The palate is crisp and tensile—vibrant acidity carries notes of orchard fruit and gentle lees complexity, giving a slightly creamy mid-palate without heaviness. Fermented and aged with respect for freshness (stainless steel with brief lees contact and a touch of neutral wood influence for texture), the wine expresses cool-climate energy and volcanic minerality. Ideal slightly chilled after a short rest to open up aromatics.
