品飲筆記:酒液呈深寶石紅,先以黑櫻桃與熟李的果香打開,隨之浮現些許可可與香草氣息。入口果實飽滿,單寧圓潤但有支撐感,口腔中段帶出微妙的雪松與黑胡椒,餘韻溫暖且持久。 酒莊簡介:張裕是中國歷史悠久的酒莊,擁有多年釀酒經驗與龐大的葡萄園資源。Noble Dragon系列講求品質與性價比,結合傳統與現代技術,目標是做出既有層次又容易親近的紅酒。 釀造手法:採用不鏽鋼發酵以保留新鮮果味,並搭配延長浸皮以取得飽滿色澤與結構。部分進行法國與美國橡木桶熟成,賦予香草、烘烤與細緻單寧。出酒前輕度過濾,以保留口感協調。 葡萄園與風土:葡萄來自張裕在中國不同產區的優良園塊,土壤排水良好、日夜溫差明顯,有利於果實累積風味與保持酸度。田間管理細緻,重視果實成熟的一致性。 品飲建議:建議醒酒約45分鐘,16–18°C飲用。配餐上適合燒烤、紅燒或滋味較厚的中式燒味與陳年硬質乳酪,口感更融洽。
Tasting note: Deep ruby in the glass with an inviting nose of black cherry, ripe plum and subtle cocoa. On the palate it shows concentrated dark fruit, cedar and a touch of vanilla from gentle oak ageing, supported by firm yet polished tannins and a warm, lingering finish. Producer notes: From one of China’s oldest and most influential houses, this bottling carries the Changyu hallmark of careful vineyard selection and modern cellar techniques. Made under the Noble Dragon range, it aims to balance approachable fruit with structural depth. Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel with extended maceration to extract colour and tannin, followed by partial maturation in French and American oak for added complexity. The wine is lightly filtered to preserve texture and clarity. Vineyard: Sourced from Changyu’s well-sited vineyards in China, planted on free-draining soils with good diurnal temperature range to promote fruit concentration and balanced acidity. Vineyards benefit from attentive canopy management to ensure even ripening. Serving: Best decanted for about 45 minutes and served at 16–18°C. Pairs beautifully with roasted and grilled meats, rich sauces and mature cheeses.
