Tasting note

蒙立斯莊2020帶出波美侯典型的圓潤與深度。酒香先以飽滿的黑果、黑櫻桃為主,漸緩出巧克力、雪松與些許泥土、松露氣息。口感柔滑,單寧細緻但有支撐力,果味濃郁而不沉重,橡木的香料與微烘烤感讓尾韻更耐人尋味。酒莊以小地塊分選、人工採收與溫和萃取為主,於法國橡木桶中適度熟成,使酒款在結構與優雅之間取得平衡。建議醒酒一小時左右,搭配烤羊、肋眼或野味都十分合拍。

A classic Pomerol expression from Chateau Moulinet-Lasserre’s 2020 vintage. Aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and dark berry mingle with cocoa, cedar and an earthy, truffle-like lift. On the palate it delivers plush, velvety tannins and concentrated fruit framed by gentle spice and toasted oak. Medium-full in body with polished texture and a lingering, savory finish. Produced in small parcels with careful sorting, traditional vinification and extended aging in French oak to preserve depth and finesse. Ideal for decanting before serving and pairing with roasted or grilled red meats.
