品飲筆記：酒色深沉，散發濃郁的黑莓、黑醋栗與熟梅香，織入紫羅蘭的花香與一抹薄荷感，接著是石墨、黑巧克力與濃郁咖啡的層次。口感厚實而細緻，單寧豐滿但成熟，酸度帶出清爽張力，餘韻悠長且帶明顯礦物與香料尾韻。 酒莊與釀造：這瓶由Mouton Rothschild家族團隊（Philippe、Julien 與 Camille Sereys de Rothschild）操刀，嚴格篩選小產量果實入桶，表現出與年份相稱的集中度與陳年潛力。9月間分批採收，經長時間浸皮與發酵，之後以法國橡木桶熟成約18個月，採用軟木塞封瓶。 葡萄園風土：葡萄園位於Plateau de Mouton的細礫石丘，排水佳、日照均勻，密植與約四十年以上的老藤使果實達到深度與結構。田間管理細緻，讓果實在平衡成熟的同時保留清晰的礦質感與優雅層次。整體風格既有力量也有精緻度，適合搭配紅肉或收藏陳放。

Tasting note: Deep garnet in the glass, this 2022 offers concentrated layers of blackcurrant, ripe plum and blackberry framed by violet lift and subtle menthol. Secondary notes of graphite, espresso, dark chocolate and tobacco add complexity. The palate is dense and richly textured—velvety yet powerful—with superb freshness and tightly-knit, ripe tannins that carry a very long, mineral-tinged finish. Producer notes: Produced by Château Mouton Rothschild, the 2022 commemorates a landmark vintage under the stewardship of the Rothschild family and the estate’s team (Philippe, Julien and Camille Sereys de Rothschild). Yields were restrained and only a portion of the harvest was selected for the Grand Vin, delivering exceptional concentration and ageability. Winemaking notes: Harvesting took place through September. Fermentation and extended maceration extracted deep colour and structure before an 18-month maturation in French oak barrels. The wine was bottled under cork and built for long-term cellaring, showing a combination of polished oak influence and pure fruit clarity. Vineyard notes: The vines sit on the Plateau de Mouton—gravelly, well-drained soils that give lift and minerality to the fruit. Densely planted with old vines and meticulous vineyard management, the site provides the ripe phenolic profile and concentration that define the estate’s signature style. Expect long-term evolution in bottle; the 2022 is built to reward patience.
