德拉文這款特級(Grand Cru)自然香檳以極乾、零添加糖份著稱,喝起來清爽有朝氣。香氣先是檸檬皮與青蘋果的明亮果味,接著帶出些許烘焙酵母和烤杏仁的餘韻,口感細膩,氣泡細密,酸度俐落,舌尖能感到礦物與海鹽般的鹹鮮,尾韻乾淨而悠長。 酒莊是由家族小規模經營,重視田間管理與手工採收,力求以最低的干預呈現每塊田的個性。釀造上採用低溫發酵並在澱粉上長時間陳放以累積層次,裝瓶後不補糖(Zero Dosage),保留了酒體的純淨與新鮮。葡萄園多為白堊/石灰質土壤,排水佳,使酒款帶有清晰的礦質感和剛好的酸度。 整體很適合配海鮮、生食、輕炸或清爽的亞洲料理;若想感受最好的口感,只要冰鎮到適宜溫度直接飲用即可。
