品飲筆記:杯中先是黑、紅櫻桃與紅李的清晰果香,逐漸展現出森林地表、蘑菇與微微香料的氣息。入口圓潤、滑順,酸度明亮但不刁鑽,單寧細緻但有支撐感,整體結構優雅、層次分明,餘韻偏向泥土與香料,帶著長度與沉穩感。 酒莊與製作:這是由Edmond與Vincent Geantet經營的家族莊園風格——重視田間管理與果實分級,產量適中,手工採收與嚴格篩選確保果實品質。釀造上講求傳統與節制,保留果味的純粹性同時用橡木賦予微妙香氣與支撐。 葡萄園環境:葡萄園分布於熱夫雷香柏壇的山坡地塊,土壤以黏土與石灰岩為主,並有含鐵礦層的變化。日夜溫差大,成熟期漫長而均衡,有利於累積風味與保留自然酸度,使酒款既有當地礦物感,也有陳年潛力。 口感建議:建議提前醒酒約45分鐘,口感與風味會更柔和完整,適合搭配帶有果香的禽類或微鹹乳酪。

Tasting note: Bright red and black cherry aromas lead, followed by raspberry, red plum, forest floor and a hint of baking spice. On the palate it opens with a silky, almost velvety entry, fresh acidity and poised, fine-grained tannins that provide structure without overpowering the fruit. The finish is savory and lingering with mineral and underbrush notes — an elegant, age-worthy expression from Gevrey. Producer notes: From the family domaine run by Edmond and Vincent Geantet, this bottling reflects a classic Côte de Nuits philosophy: concentration without heaviness and an emphasis on terroir expression. Small-lot vinification and careful selection in the vineyard are hallmarks of their approach. Winemaking notes: Fermented and handled in a restrained, traditional style to preserve purity of fruit; gentle extraction and maturation in oak to add subtle spice and backbone while maintaining finesse. The result balances freshness, texture and depth. Vineyard notes: Vineyards sit on the steeper slopes and parcels of Gevrey-Chambertin with clay-limestone soils often showing iron-rich pockets. Cool nights and long, measured ripening produce focused fruit and firm natural acidity, contributing to the wine’s structure and aging potential.
