Tasting note

品飲筆記:酒體呈淡稻草黃,前鼻以白肉果(如蘋果、梨)與細緻花香為主,並帶有清爽檸檬皮與些許礦感。入口輕盈、酸度活潑,口感清脆,尾韻乾淨且中等長度。酒庄與生產:此酒來自加爾達湖南岸的盧加納產區,由 Cantina Valpolicella Negrar 所屬的生產團隊經營,重視田間管理與風土表現。釀造風格:採去梗輕榨、低溫(14–16°C)不與皮接觸發酵,全程不使用橡木,於不鏽鋼槽保存並以蛋白與酒石澄清,保留果香與鮮明酸度。葡萄園面貌:葡萄園位於海拔約50米的淺層黏土—石灰岩冰磧沉積土壤,全部實施草生栽培,並採用改良的維羅納棚架(pergola)管理,葡萄藤年齡約20–30年,株距約3,000株/公頃。收成時間為九月中至下旬。適飲建議:冰鎮至8–10°C最合適,若想多些開放感,可在杯中醒約15–30分鐘。搭配建議以海鮮與清爽輕食為主。

Tasting Note: Pale straw-yellow with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus zest and floral hints. The palate is fresh and lively, showing crisp acidity, a subtle green/flinty lift and a clean, medium-length finish. Producer Notes: From the Lugana DOC on the southern shore of Lake Garda, this bottling reflects a cool, morainic terroir and the production traditions of the area. Ownership: Cantina Valpolicella Negrar. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are de-stemmed, softly pressed and fermented without skin contact at a controlled 14–16°C. The wine is matured and conserved in stainless steel and undergoes protein and tartaric stabilization — no oak influence. Vineyard Notes: Vines are planted in light clayey-limestone, morainic soils at about 50 metres above sea level. The estate uses total vineyard grassing and the modified Veronese pergola training system. Producing vines are 20–30 years old, with a planting density of 3,000 vines/ha and an average yield around 84 hl/ha. Harvest takes place mid to late September. Serving: Chill to 8–10°C. Best enjoyed with light seafood dishes; a short 15–30 minute glass aeration will help lift aromatics.

Domini Veneti is a regional producer working within the Lugana DOC on the southern shores of Lake Garda. Under the ownership umbrella of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, the estate focuses on traditional pergola training and sustainable vineyard practices that emphasize grassing and low-intervention winemaking. Their whites are fermented and kept in stainless steel to preserve primary fruit, floral notes and crisp acidity.
