響17年是三得利的代表作之一，典雅又層次豐富。聞香有成熟的桃、 杏與蜜瓜，隨後浮現玫瑰與百合的花香，再帶點檸檬葉的清新。入口滑順，太妃糖和香草的甜感襯著黑櫻桃的果實味，來自日本橡木（Mizunara）與其他木桶的香料與微煙感，讓口感多了香辛與乳脂般的厚度。後段悠長有力，帶出荔枝般的尾韻。生產上由多款陳年麥芽與穀物酒精調和而成，使用不同類型的木桶熟成，重視水源與原料田地的品質管理，釀造過程強調層次與平衡。建議淨飲或加入幾滴清水，醒杯約10–20分鐘，香氣更豐富。

Hibiki 17 Year Old is a masterful expression from Suntory’s celebrated Hibiki line — a harmonious, meticulously blended whisky that showcases the art of Japanese blending. On the nose: ripe stone fruits (peach, apricot), green melon and floral notes of rose and lily with a faint lemon leaf lift. The palate opens with rich toffee and vanilla, layered black cherry and a distinct Mizunara oak spice that brings incense-like complexity. Texturally it is full and silky, carrying sweet-fruity facets and gentle spice toward a long, lingering finish with a lychee echo. Crafted from an orchestra of malt and grain whiskies matured in a variety of casks, including Japanese oak, this 17-year-old displays refined oak influence, creamy maturation and remarkable balance. Serve neat or with a few drops of water; let it rest in the glass for about 10–20 minutes to reveal its full aromatic range.

Hibiki was launched in 1989 by Suntory to celebrate the house’s 90th anniversary. A flagship of Japanese blending, Hibiki is built from numerous malt and grain whiskies, selected and married by experienced blenders and matured in a variety of casks — including Japanese Mizunara oak — to achieve a harmonious, orchestral profile.
