這款卡龍世家二牌 2021 帶著溫柔又有型的個性：杯中散發紫羅蘭與野黑莓的花果香，尾端有一絲煙草與香料氣息。口感偏中等酒體，入口柔滑、圓潤，單寧細緻包裹果味，酸度明快讓整體保持清爽，用起來很討喜、下口即享。酒莊將二牌視為對主酒地塊的另一種詮釋，從選地、手工採收到場內的機械振動篩選與手工挑粒，步驟嚴謹。葡萄園位於第四紀的砾石覆蓋層之上，下面是第三紀的黏土基層，砾石頂端還有湖相的細黏土，這種土壤組合賦予酒體結構與清晰度。釀造方面採溫控不鏽鋼發酵槽，浸皮18–21天，蛋清澄清，之後以法國橡木桶陳17個月，既有香氣又保有俐落感。建議醒酒約45分鐘，搭配牛排或烤羊等紅肉料理最合拍。

A generous yet refined second wine from Chateau Calon-Segur, this 2021 Le Marquis opens with lifted floral and dark-fruit aromatics — violet, blackberry and a hint of plum skin — followed by a touch of tobacco and spice. On the palate it is medium-bodied and immediately approachable: silky, warm and velvety with fine, well-integrated tannins and bright, refreshing acidity that carries red- and black-fruit flavours through a balanced finish. Producer notes stress a distinct identity for the second wine, crafted from selected parcels and aimed at early enjoyment. Vineyards sit on a thick Quaternary gravel layer above clay-rich tertiary subsoils, with a fine lacustrine clay at the gravel summit, contributing to structure and freshness. Hand-harvested, grapes receive a first selection in the vineyard before mechanical vibration sorting and additional hand sorting at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel conical tanks with maceration of 18–21 days; the wine is fined with egg white and aged about 17 months in French oak. Drink now with a short decant or cellar gently into the decade for added complexity.
