品飲筆記：杯中呈深石榴朱紅，前段爆發成熟黑果與黑櫻桃的醇厚果香，隨之浮現一抹紫羅蘭與百合花香，底層帶有煙草、甘草和細緻香料。口感中等偏飽滿，果肉感豐富，單寧緊緻但圓融，酸度提氣，尾韻悠長且帶香氣。 酒莊與田地：來自著名酒莊位於一座小高地的葡萄園，礫石深厚、排水良好，植株密度高且老藤比例高，這些條件賦予酒款結構與陳年能力。生產團隊細心分級與採收，旨在保留酒莊的經典風格。 釀造小記：於9月初至9月下旬分批採收，經法國橡木桶熟成18個月，橡木與果味融合度高；採用軟木塞封瓶，既可早飲也適合中長期收藏。整體風格典雅、有力量，適合與紅肉或頗有油脂的料理搭配。

Tasting note: Deep garnet in the glass, the 2022 Le Petit Mouton opens with concentrated aromas of cassis, black cherry and ripe plum, lifted by floral lilac and subtle violet. Secondary notes of tobacco, licorice and warm spice add depth. On the palate it is medium–to–full bodied, with mouth-coating dark fruit, finely grained ripe tannins and lively acidity that keeps the wine focused; the finish is long, fragrant and persistent. Producer notes: From Château Mouton Rothschild’s Pauillac holdings on the Plateau de Mouton, this second wine reflects the estate’s gravelly terroir, dense planting and mature vines. The estate team led by Philippe, Julien and Camille Sereys de Rothschild oversee meticulous viticulture and selection. Winemaking notes: Harvested between 1–26 September, the 2022 vintage was aged 18 months in French oak, producing an integrated oak profile that supports rather than dominates the fruit. Cork-closed and crafted for both early approachability and medium-term cellaring. Vineyard notes: Vines sit on deep gravelly soils at the Plateau de Mouton (up to 27m above sea level), planted densely (~10,000 vines/ha) with an average vine age around 44 years. The site’s drainage and heat-retaining gravels contribute to concentrated, ageworthy wines.
