品飲筆記:酒體深邃,香氣由黑櫻桃、成熟李子、黑巧克力與松露層層推進,還帶有一抹花香(紫羅蘭)與甘草、可可的香料感。入口厚實但不笨重,滑順如絲絨的單寧包裹住飽滿果實,中段有奶油般的巧克力與礦性回甘,尾韻悠長而優雅。 釀造小故事:莊園歷經Jean-Pierre Moueix 於1953年接手,田地以黏土混合礫石為主,底層有紅色礫土與富含鐵質的「crasse de fer」,乾燥時會變得堅硬如混凝土,這樣的土壤賦予酒款厚實結構與特殊礦性。葡萄以人工採收並採雙重篩選(手工與光學),在小型混凝土發酵槽中進行發酵,之後橡木桶熟成約18個月。 口感小提醒:這支酒結構飽滿、單寧細緻但存在感十足,建議醒大約1.5小時再品,配烤羊、牛排或松露菇料理最對味,也非常適合收藏。

Tasting Note: Deep, saturated colour ushers in a layered nose of black cherry, ripe plum, dark chocolate, truffle and violet perfume, with cedary spice and a hint of licorice. On the palate the wine is massively concentrated yet silken — dense fruit framed by fine, plush tannins and a creamy, dark cocoa note that lingers for a very long time. Producer & Vineyard: Château Trotanoy, acquired by Jean-Pierre Moueix in 1953, is famed for its unique terroir: a dense mix of clay and gravel that can harden to a concrete-like crust and an iron-rich subsoil (“crasse de fer”) that gives striking depth and mineral backbone. The vineyard slopes gently to the west, with gravel at the highest exposures and heavier clay lower down, producing wines of power, complexity and structure. Winemaking & Ageing: Fruit is hand-harvested with double sorting (manual and optical). Fermentation takes place in small concrete vats, followed by roughly 18 months of maturation in oak. The result is a naturally profound, richly concentrated wine with outstanding ageing potential and a silky, opulent mouthfeel. Cellaring: Built to age — this vintage will reward patient cellaring but also opens beautifully with careful decanting.
