Blank Canvas Wines, owned by Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson, is known for its innovative approach to winemaking. The Berekah Estate vineyard, located in the Rapaura subregion of Marlborough, is home to two hectares of Gruner Veltliner. The vineyard's free-draining, young alluvial and loam soils, combined with VSP training and cane-pruning, contribute to the exceptional quality of the grapes.
