品飲筆記:這款酒帶著明顯的黑櫻桃與熟李香,夾雜紫羅蘭的花香、煙草與礦物氣息,香氣層次豐富。口感中等偏厚,酸度清爽有活力,細緻單寧讓酒體有彈性且結構分明,尾韻帶有微妙的礦鹹與香料回甘。 酒莊與田間:來自有傳統與穩健風格的酒莊,酒款講究地塊互補與果實成熟度,田地以黏土與礫石為主,黏土帶來厚實感,礫石則賦予線條與鮮脆度。 釀造小記:採用傳統方式在恆溫發酵槽中釀造,入桶桶陳約十四個月,橡木運用克制,強調保存果香與口感的細緻。整體風格成熟但不厚重,適合醒酒一小時讓香氣更開。 口感提醒:入口有彈性的果實與清晰酸度,單寧細膩收斂,餘韻悠長,適合配紅肉、燒烤或具有香氣的成熟乳酪。

On the palate it’s medium–full with juicy, focused acidity, polished fine-grained tannins and a savory, graphite-tinged finish that lingers. Producer Notes: From Château Certan de May, this cuvée reflects the estate’s long tradition in Pomerol — wines built on balance and aging potential. The team aims for precision in the vineyard and restraint in cellar handling to preserve purity and terroir expression. Winemaking Notes: Fermented using traditional methods in thermo-regulated tanks, then matured in oak for 14 months to add structure and subtle spice without overwhelming the fruit. The approach keeps the texture refined and the aromatic lift intact. Vineyard Notes: Soils of clay and gravel provide the backbone—power from clay, finesse and lift from gravel. The complementary parcels give both density and freshness, producing a wine that is structured yet agile and well-suited to medium-term cellaring. Serve: Decant about an hour before serving.
