The palate is creamy and medium-bodied with gentle spice and vanilla notes from subtle oak, balanced acidity and a saline-mineral finish. Producer notes: Made under the stewardship of Hubert de Boüard de Laforest, La Fleur de Bouard reflects careful, terroir-aware work in Atlantic-influenced vineyards. Winemaking notes: Gentle pressing, cool fermentation to preserve primary fruit, with a proportion kept on fine lees and a short maturation in neutral and lightly toasted barrels to add texture and a whisper of vanilla/caramel.
