品飲筆記：酒液呈淡檸檬色，香氣清新，帶有青蘋果、檸檬皮、白花和微微打磨石的礦質氣息。入口爽脆、酸度明亮，口感輕盈但有張力，中段帶一絲海鹽感，收尾清爽利落。 酒莊介紹：尼古拉丁羅西諾是勃根地一間注重地塊表現的小型酒莊，以低干預釀造與精細管理著稱，追求風土與純淨風格，酒款適合餐桌搭配。 釀造方式：為保留鮮爽特質，主要以不鏽鋼發酵，短時間澄澈的細膩澱渣接觸增加口感質地，不使用大量新橡木，保持香氣的純淨與礦物感。 葡萄園與栽培：葡萄來自石灰岩為主、排水良好的葡萄園小地塊，產量控制且採取嚴謹的林冠管理與人工挑選，讓果實能表現出集中而清晰的酸度與香氣。酒體輕盈，十分適合搭配海鮮與清爽開胃菜。

On the palate the wine is crisp and nervy, bright acidity driving a zesty mid-palate, a hint of saline and a focused, refreshing finish.
