Tasting note
這款凱歌黃牌香檳呈明亮金黃色,氣泡細緻穩定,先是黃桃與梨子的成熟果香,隨後躍出溫暖的奶油麵包、烤堅果和少許香草。入口圓潤帶奶油感,但酸度活潑,帶出清爽的檸檬與青蘋果輪廓;尾韻帶些鹹感與酵母烘焙的餘味,既有慶祝感也適合下飯。酒廠有著悠久的田地傳承與嚴謹調配工藝:以高比例的陳年基酒回補、在石灰岩地窖長時間與酒泥接觸,至少熟成三年,造就細緻綿密的口感。適飲溫度低於10°C,不需醒酒,當開胃酒或搭配海鮮與輕食都很合適。
Bright golden-yellow with an elegant, persistent mousse. Aromas of ripe pear, yellow peach and white-fleshed fruit mingle with warm brioche, light vanilla and toasted nut notes. On the palate this non-vintage Brut shows a creamy mid-palate balanced by lively citrus-driven acidity and a saline, slightly nutty finish. Produced by a historic Maison with an extensive vineyard heritage, the cuvée is assembled with a high proportion of reserve wines and aged a minimum of three years in the chalk cellars (Crayères) to develop silkiness and depth. Made by Didier Mariotti using the traditional method and a controlled dosage to keep the wine dry yet generous, it is versatile as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with shellfish, smoked fish, creamy risottos and delicate cheeses.
