酒莊以兩款薩甸經典葡萄品種釀酒，讓 Botrytis cinerea 貴腐菌在合適年份逐步濃縮葡萄的香氣與甜度。細緻的逐粒採收，帶來蜂蜜、熟黃桃、杏脯與花香層次，同時保留清晰酸度，令酒體甜美卻不失平衡。

Working with the two classic Sauternes varieties, the estate allows Botrytis cinerea—noble rot—to concentrate aroma and sweetness when nature permits. Meticulous selection at harvest reveals layers of honey, ripe stone fruit, dried apricot, and flowers, balanced by a precise, refreshing acidity.
