這款夏山夢雪白散發出明亮又誘人的香氣：檸檬皮、成熟的白桃與杏子，伴隨烤杏仁與香草的溫暖調性。入口有奶油般的圓潤質地，但酸度清爽帶動整體節奏，橡木的香草與淡淡辛香被細緻礦物感拉回焦點，讓口腔保持平衡。釀造上以桶陳與適度酵母澱粉攪拌增添層次，酒體中段飽滿、收尾帶有持續的果香與礦物餘韻。建議開瓶後靜置二十分鐘左右，配海鮮奶油醬、烤魚或白肉都很合拍，口感舒服又有深度。

Bright and generous, this Chassagne-Montrachet blanc delivers a layered bouquet of citrus zest, ripe stone fruit, toasted almond and a whisper of honeyed blossom. On the palate it shows a creamy mid-palate texture with lively acidity and well-integrated oak—vanilla and light spice come through from barrel ageing while a clear mineral streak keeps the wine focused. Elegant, medium-plus in weight and built for near-term drinking or short cellaring, it pairs beautifully with richer white-fleshed fish, shellfish with butter sauces, poultry and soft cheeses. Decant briefly (20–30 minutes) if served slightly chilled to open the aromatics.
