品飲筆記:開瓶後立刻以礦石與煙燻香打開序幕,接著是糖漬柑橘與細緻烤杏仁的層次。酒體在泥土與岩石感之間有柔和的奶油感,舌面質地圓潤但又被清爽酸度托住,尾韻長且有活力的礦物收束。 酒莊與產區:來自威爾利娜Klosterberg陡峭園地的分級小地塊,由家族經營的酒莊以精細田間管理聞名,注重低產量與果實成熟度,讓每一瓶都能反映出石板土壤的個性。 釀造:採低介入釀法,發酵及長期在瓶前與酒泥接觸(sur lie)以帶出奶油與口感厚度,幾乎不使用新木,香氣與礦感主要來自土壤與酒泥搬移的細節。 葡萄園環境:Klosterberg的陡坡和冷暖日夜溫差加上豐富泥灰與板岩土壤,造就香氣集中、酸度鮮明且帶有岩性礦感的風格。適合短時間醒酒(約30分鐘)以讓層次更明顯。

Tasting note: Potent and refined — open the glass to a layered nose of candied citrus, toasted almond and fine smoke over a flinty mineral core. On the palate it shows a supple, creamy texture from extended sur lie aging, bright citrus lift and an energetic, mineral-driven finish that lingers. Producer notes: From Markus Molitor’s steep Klosterberg site in Wehlen, this dry bottling is made with careful site selection and low yields to express slate terroir and clarity. The estate focuses on gentle handling in vineyard and cellar to preserve purity and tension. Winemaking notes: Fermented and aged on the lees to build mid-palate weight and complexity, with minimal intervention and careful temperature control to retain freshness. No heavy new oak — the wine’s depth comes from lees contact and old-vine concentration. Vineyard notes: Klosterberg’s steep terraces and slate soils impart pronounced minerality and precision. Cooler Mosel nights preserve acidity while daytime ripeness yields ripe citrus and orchard-fruit flavours. Low yields and meticulous sorting give concentration and length. Service: Serve well-chilled and allow a short decant (about 30 minutes) to open up the smoky mineral layers. Drinking window: now–2033.
