品飲筆記:酒色淡金,氣泡細緻持久。香氣從檸檬皮、青蘋果與白色水果漸展,伴隨奶油吐司與烘焙香,入口奶潤飽滿,酸度俐落帶出礦物與鹽感,中段有烤堅果與淡淡香料,尾韻長且帶微妙的單寧支撐。 酒莊與釀造:這款豐年年份延續傳統工藝,全酒款在小型老桶中發酵並於澱粉上長時間陳年,最後以人工轉瓶和手工去澱泥處理,輕度橡木與細膩酵母香共同塑造豐富口感。糖分屬Brut水準(約7–8 g/L),保持清新與結構。 葡萄園環境:取自酒莊多個經典園區與老藤與備藏酒款,2014年果實飽滿卻保有緊緻酸度,賦予本酒活力與陳年潛力。 飲用建議:倒入杯中靜置約30分鐘會更顯層次,適合慶祝場合或搭配海鮮與輕食共享。

Tasting Note: Pale golden hue with a very fine, persistent mousse. Aromas open to lemon rind, green apple, delicate stone-fruit and a warm brioche / toasted bread character. On the palate it is creamy and concentrated, lifted by bright citrus acidity and a saline, chalky minerality; the mid-palate shows roasted-nut and subtle spice notes while a restrained tannic thread frames a long, saline finish. Producer & Winemaking: La Grande Année embodies Bollinger’s traditional craft — each vintage is vinified in small, seasoned oak casks and benefits from extended ageing on lees. Bottles are hand-riddled and disgorged by hand; light oak influence and careful élevage build texture and complexity. Dosage is in the Brut range (around 7–8 g/L), highlighting freshness and structure. Vineyard Notes: Fruit is sourced from a selection of sites across the House’s historic holdings, including older vines and reserve stocks that bring density and depth. The 2014 growing season yielded concentrated fruit with racy acidity and saline minerality, reflected in the wine’s energy and ageing potential. Serve: Best enjoyed after about 30 minutes in the glass to reveal layers of brioche and mineral nuance. Drinking window extends for years, showing excellent cellar potential.
