Bright, refined and classically made, this Crémant from a respected family domaine shows lively fine bubbles and a crisp citrus-driven core. On the nose: green apple, lemon zest and subtle brioche from extended lees contact. The palate is dry with racy acidity, a chalky mineral thread and a toasted almond finish — elegant and versatile. Produced by Domaine Mongeard‑Mugneret using the traditional method, parcels come from cool Burgundian sites where careful vineyard work and low yields preserve freshness. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle and the wines are left on lees to build texture and complexity before disgorgement. Serve well chilled; no decanting needed. Excellent with shellfish, delicate fish preparations and mild cheeses.
