卓龍(Château Trotanoy)1995 年份展現出波爾多右岸典型的深度與厚實口感:香氣以李子、泥土與松露為主,並帶有菸草與黑巧克力的細緻奶油感。入口集中而有力,塵封感的單寧明顯但不失層次,礦物與香料在尾段延展,餘韻悠長。 酒莊與田地:酒莊自十八世紀即名聲在外,1953 年由 Jean‑Pierre Moueix 收購後更見穩健。葡萄園地形緩坡向西,頂部以礫石為主、下方則逐漸轉為厚重黏土,底層更有含鐵的「crasse de fer」,這樣的土壤組合賦予酒款力量與深度。老藤比例高,產量穩定而集中。 釀造與熟成:葡萄採摘全手工,並進行雙重篩選(人工+光學)。在小型混凝土槽發酵以維持純淨果味,熟成則主要使用新橡木桶,帶來結構與奶油感。 飲用建議:因為單寧結構強,建議醒酒約 1 小時以上讓酒體舒展。最適合搭配厚切牛排、烤羊或燉煮的野味,也可配陳年硬乳酪。整體口感厚實、有嗅覺與口感的變化,適合想體驗經典波爾多風格的酒友。

1995 Château Trotanoy is a classic Pomerol of impressive density and old-vine concentration. On the nose it offers plum, truffle, earth and tobacco leaf, unfolding into a palate of concentrated dark fruit, creamy dark chocolate and spicy mineral undercurrents. The structure is supported by firm, dusty tannins and a pronounced tannic spine—this is a serious, ageworthy wine rather than an overtly immediate charmer. Producer notes: Purchased by Jean‑Pierre Moueix in 1953, Trotanoy is renowned for its very old vines and a terroir of compact clay and gravel which often hardens after rain, giving the estate its name. The varied soils—gravel at the top, deeper clay lower down with the iron-rich “crasse de fer” subsoil—bring power, depth and complexity. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested with double sorting (manual and optical), fermentation in small concrete vats preserves primary fruit intensity and texture. Aging is carried out in mainly new oak barrels, giving the wine a creamy oak lift and additional structure. Tasting & service: Allow 60–90 minutes of decanting to integrate the tannins and release tertiary aromas. Drink now through the suggested drinking window, with robust red meats, game or mature cheeses to match its muscle and depth.

Château Trotanoy, long regarded as one of Pomerol’s top estates, was acquired by Jean‑Pierre Moueix in 1953. The property is noted for very old vines and a distinctive terroir of compact clay and gravel over an iron-rich subsoil. Meticulous vineyard work and careful vinification (hand harvesting, double sorting, fermentation in small concrete vats and aging in mainly new oak) aim to produce concentrated, long-lived wines with a powerful mid-palate and complex aromatic profile.
