La Vallée des Abeilles 位於法國南部魯西榮與科利烏爾一帶，將地中海海風、陡峭片岩梯田與野花灌木的自然氣息，融入一系列充滿個性的葡萄酒。酒莊名字意指「蜜蜂谷」，象徵一片順應自然、尊重生態的山海風土。
La Vallée des Abeilles is rooted in the Roussillon and Collioure landscapes of southern France, where Mediterranean breezes, steep schist terraces, and wildflower-scented scrub shape expressive wines. Its name, “Valley of the Bees,” reflects a philosophy grounded in nature, biodiversity, and respect for the land.
三星餐桌與釀酒傳承 / Three-Star Vision Meets Winemaking Heritage
這個跨界計劃由法國米其林三星主廚 Pierre Gagnaire，與 Domaine de La Rectorie 的 Parcé 家族攜手孕育。主廚對味道精準度的追求，遇上科利烏爾釀酒家族對古老土地的理解，讓酒款兼具高級餐桌的細膩感與南法山海風土的野性。
The project brings together three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire and the Parcé family of Domaine de La Rectorie. A chef’s pursuit of precision meets generations of understanding of Collioure’s ancient soils, creating wines that combine fine-dining finesse with the untamed character of the Mediterranean coast.
片岩梯田與蜜蜂谷的生命力 / Schist Terraces and Living Biodiversity
葡萄藤扎根於面向海岸的黑色片岩斜坡，地勢陡峭而難以機械化，許多工作均需由人手完成。特朗蒙塔納風穿過葡萄園，海風與野生百里香、灌木和蜂群共同塑造鮮明的生態印記；每一瓶酒都訴說著山、海與人手工藝的交會。
Vines take root in steep black-schist slopes facing the sea, where the rugged terrain limits mechanisation and demands patient handwork. Tramontane winds, sea air, wild thyme, scrubland, and bees leave their mark on the landscape, giving each bottle a distinctive sense of place shaped by mountain, sea, and human craft.
