Chateau Le Crock is owned by the Cuvelier family, who are dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Saint-Estephe. The vineyard is planted on garonnaise gravel and sandy-clay subsoil, which contributes to the wine's distinctive character. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted manually to ensure only the best fruit is used. The winemaking process involves temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
