雪莉桶與波本桶的協奏 / Sherry-Seasoned Oak and Bourbon Casks
釀酒團隊精選雪莉酒熟成美國橡木桶，並配合波本桶，讓木材天然的橡木內酯與熟成工藝放大椰子香氣。入口可感受到椰奶、青檸與柔和甜感，隨後展開雲呢拿、柑橘、熱帶水果、甜橡木與細緻辛香，收結明亮並帶有花香。
The Whisky Mastery Team combines sherry-seasoned American oak with bourbon casks, using the natural influence of oak lactones and precise maturation to draw out the coconut character. The palate unfolds with coconut milk, zesty lime, and soft sweetness, followed by vanilla, citrus, tropical fruit, sweet oak, and gentle spice, finishing bright and floral.
