色澤為濃郁的金黃，鼻端先是雪莉桶帶來的深沉果乾香與香料調性，隨之有香草、牛油糖與一抹舊皮革。入口圓潤飽滿，奶糖、焦糖與橘皮的甜感和溫暖的橡木辛香互相交織，口感柔順但層次豐富，尾韻綿長，果香與香料留在舌上。酒廠背景：麥卡倫自1824年以來專注於木桶與酒液的工藝，這支12年款使用來自西班牙赫雷斯經OLoroso雪莉調味的橡木桶，桶材由Master of Wood精心挑選、烘烤與調味。釀造與熟成：新酒注入已調味的雪莉桶後在原桶靜置12年，不做頻繁轉桶，讓橡木逐漸把香氣、色澤與乾果風味融入酒液。產地環境：高地／斯貝賽地帶的冷冽氣候與純淨水源，配合細緻的桶控管理，造就這款香氣豐富、口感厚實卻又不失優雅的經典雪莉桶風格。建議先醒酒約15分鐘，飲用時可滴幾滴水以釋放更多香氣。

Colour: rich gold. Nose: classic Macallan sherry-driven aromas of Oloroso sweet spice, dried fruit compote, vanilla and warmed toffee with hints of old leather. Palate: smooth and full-bodied, layers of butterscotch, caramel and orange peel mingle with spicy oak and gentle honeyed warmth. Finish: long, spicy and comforting with lingering dried fruit and oak spice. Producer notes: matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, hand-selected and managed by The Macallan’s Whisky Mastery Team and Master of Wood. Winemaking & maturation: the young spirit is filled into toasted and seasoned sherry casks where it rests undisturbed for 12 years, allowing the oak to impart colour, dried fruit characters and complex spice. Distillery & site: from The Macallan in the Highlands/Speyside region, this expression reflects meticulous cask selection, skilled blending and slow, careful maturation rather than any accelerated treatment. Serve neat or with a few drops of water and rest the glass ~15 minutes to open the aromatics.
