A gently expressive single malt from The Macallan’s Harmony Collection, Amber Meadow opens with warming aromas of honeyed toffee, dried orchard fruit and bright citrus peel framed by toasted oak and a touch of ginger spice. On the palate it shows a plush, medium‑full body — layers of caramel, vanilla and sultana roll across a silky texture before a balanced oak spice and warm, lingering finish. Crafted by The Macallan and overseen by the distillery’s oak stewardship programme, this release is matured in a considered blend of seasoned oak casks to amplify sweet, orchard and spice characters without overpowering the spirit. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water; allow the glass to breathe for about 15 minutes to unveil deeper aromatic layers.
