Tasting note

Tasting note: Bright red cherry and raspberry aromas open first, then deepen to red plum, forest floor and a hint of autumn mushroom. On the palate the wine shows concentrated primary fruit framed by savory spice, fine-grained tannins and a mineral, slightly iron-tinged finish. Overall the texture is focused and energetic, with a measured power typical of a Pommard premier cru. Crafted as a classic Côte de Beaune expression, it balances ripe fruit with site-driven earthiness and structure.
