來自阿洛克斯•科通 Clos du Chapitre 一級園，2018 年版本展現優雅與深度。香氣先以紅色果實的明亮線條打開，隨之而來的是潮濕林地、微妙皮革與香草的底蘊。口感中等偏上結構，酸度活潑而有支撐，單寧柔順細緻，礦質感與辛香料交織，餘韻持久。酒莊由家族經營，莊主Franck注重選果與低產量管理，葡萄園多為石灰質傾斜地塊，手工釀造並以法國橡木桶（部分新桶）熟成約12–16個月，目標是保留風土特徵而非掩蓋。建議醒酒約一小時，搭配烤鴨、野味或蘑菇入菜最合拍。

A poised Premier Cru from a single enclosed vineyard in Aloxe-Corton. The 2018 shows a layered bouquet of ripe red cherry and raspberry, then deeper notes of forest floor, leather and dried herbs. On the palate it balances freshness with measured ripeness: silky, fine-grained tannins support a medium-plus body and a mineral core that carries savory spice and underbrush notes to a long, resonant finish. Produced by the family-run Domaine Follin-Arbelet under Franck Follin-Arbelet’s stewardship, the wine reflects low-yield vineyard selection on limestone-rich slopes. Fermentation is traditional, with careful extraction to preserve elegance, followed by maturation in French oak (part new) for roughly 12–16 months to add structure without overpowering the terroir. Drink from 2026 into the 2030s; open and decant about an hour for best aromatic lift.
