The palate is direct and poised: lively acidity frames silky, well-knit tannins with moderate concentration rather than overt weight. Winemaking follows traditional Burgundian practice—careful, gentle extraction, élevage in French oak to add structure and subtle spice, and time in bottle to harmonise.
