品飲筆記：金黃明亮，先聞到檸檬皮的清透香氣，接著是白桃與烘烤杏仁的溫暖果香，還有一抹蜂蜜般的豐潤。口感圓潤帶奶油感，中段飽滿但酸度活躍，礦物與鹹味線條讓整體更有層次，尾韻悠長。 酒莊介紹：尚米兒家族的小型莊園專注表現田地風格，釀酒思路以細緻平衡為主，不追求耀眼技術，而是讓土壤與風土說話。 釀造手法：人工採收，部分在橡木桶中發酵，保留一定的乳酸發酵與瓶陳前的長時間澄澈與泥泥接觸（Sur Lie），因此帶來豐富口感與微妙的橡木香而不搶味。 葡萄園環境：取自一級園「田金滴」(Les Gouttes d'Or) 的坡位，石灰質與排水良好的土壤，加上良好日照使果實成熟均衡，成就這款既有飽滿質地又保有優雅礦感的白酒。適合想感受經典默索一級園風格的朋友。

The palate is broad and creamy, supported by lively acidity and fine mineral grip. Subtle spice and vanilla from careful barrel ageing frame a saline, lingering finish. Producer Notes: From Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux, a focused Meursault producer that emphasizes site expression and gentle winemaking. Small-scale and terroir-driven, the domaine seeks balance between freshness and textural intensity. Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested fruit fermented in oak barrels with a portion seeing new wood. Partial malolactic conversion and extended lees contact contribute to a rich, layered mid-palate while preserving clarity and tension. Aged roughly a year to 18 months before bottling. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from the Les Gouttes d'Or Premier Cru parcels—well-drained limestone soils and favourable exposure lend concentration, saline minerality and a pronounced mid-palate weight. This is a Premier Cru that marries ripeness with classic Côte de Beaune poise.
