Tasting note
Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut is a signature non-vintage Champagne that expresses the House’s hallmark of purity, freshness and elegance. Pale gold with a persistent, fine mousse, the nose opens to delicate citrus, white blossoms and gentle brioche from extended lees ageing. The palate is lean yet generous: juicy white fruit (apple, pear, white peach) is framed by zesty acidity, subtle toasty/autolytic layers and a saline-mineral thread that carries through to a lively, refined finish. Produced using the Traditional Method from carefully selected crus, only first-press musts (the cuvée) are used and a proportion of reserve wines ensures consistency. Hand-harvested fruit, stainless-steel and long lees ageing (unoaked) give a crisp backbone while preserving fresh fruit character. Dosage in the Brut range balances vibrancy and approachability. Ideal as a celebratory aperitif or paired with delicate shellfish, light fish dishes, soft cheeses or fruity desserts.
