品飲筆記:色澤金黃,果香明亮卻不張揚,前調帶有草莓、櫻桃與白桃的清新果味,輔以蘋果、梨的花香;口感圓潤、細緻,帶點椰香與焦糖的溫潤感,尾段以香草與肉桂輕輕收場,並有微妙的煙燻與香木香氣。酒廠簡介:山崎是日本首座也是歷史最悠久的麥芽蒸餾所,為三得利旗下代表作。酒廠坐落於擁有清冽湧泉與多霧潮濕氣候的山谷,這些環境就像威士忌的「田地」,讓酒在桶中有穩定而複雜的變化。釀造與熟成:採傳統麥芽糖化、銅壺蒸餾,入多種橡木桶熟成,其中包含珍貴的日本Mizunara橡木,賦予香料與檀香般的特色。建議品飲:倒入杯中靜置10–20分鐘讓香氣舒展,適合純飲或加一大塊冰塊,配煙燻料理、炭烤肉類或濃郁起司都很合拍。整體口感溫潤且層次豐富,適合喜歡精緻果香與溫暖木質調的飲家。
Tasting note: A refined Japanese single malt with a golden hue. The nose opens with fresh red fruits—strawberry, cherry—and floral apple and pear notes, underpinned by Mizunara oak spice. On the palate expect raspberry and white peach framed by a touch of coconut and gentle caramel; a sweet vanilla finish with a hint of cinnamon and restrained smoke. Producer notes: Yamazaki, Japan’s pioneering malt distillery and part of the House of Suntory, benefits from unique waters and a misty, variable climate that encourage complex maturation. Winemaking/distillation notes: Traditional malt whisky production—careful mashing and copper-pot distillation—followed by thoughtful maturation in a mix of casks including Mizunara (Japanese oak) that lends aromatic spice and sandalwood-like notes. Vineyard/terroir equivalent: The distillery’s pristine spring waters, humid seasonal shifts and surrounding woodlands act like a terroir for whisky, shaping the multi-layered profile. Serve slightly rested (about 10–20 minutes in the glass) to let aromas open.
