A bold southern French red showing bright, ripe red and dark fruit on the nose—think raspberry, plum and blackberry—lifted by black pepper, dried herbs and a touch of garrigue. The palate is generous and energetic: juicy acidity frames concentrated fruit, while firm but ripe tannins give structure and a slightly savory thread through the mid-palate. Oak influence is subtle, used to round edges rather than dominate, leaving a spicy, lingering finish with earthy, leather notes. Winemaking is focused and respectful of fruit character: hand-harvested fruit, gentle extraction and maturation in neutral vessels and older wood to preserve freshness and highlight terroir. The result is an expressive, food-friendly wine that balances southern warmth with measured structure—drink now with decanting or cellar to mid-term for further integration.
