A ripe, expressive red with a concentrated core of dark fruit and savory spice. Aromas of black cherry and plum are threaded with cracked black pepper, olive tapenade and a hint of smoked meat. On the palate it’s full-bodied and generous: plush fruit up front gives way to firm, grippy tannins and a persistent, peppery finish. Made as an approachable, food-friendly expression, the wine balances power with a bright spine of acidity and subtle toasted notes from careful aging. Best enjoyed slightly chilled from the cellar after a short decant to let the aromatic layers unfold.

A collaboration between two small, hands-on producers, the project aims to combine careful vineyard selection with restrained cellar work. Fruit is sourced from sun-exposed sites with stony, well-drained soils; fermentation and maturation focus on preserving primary fruit and spice while allowing gentle extraction and balanced oak influence. The result is a wine that showcases regional ripeness with a poised structural backbone.
