Nikka Coffey Gin 出自日本經典蒸餾工藝,使用 Coffey 連續蒸餾法,酒體飽滿、香氣層次豐富。先是柑橘與櫻桃的甜香,接著松針般的樹脂氣息與佛手柑清香現身,中段有帶麻感的椒香推動整個口感。47% 的酒精度賦予厚實口感與明顯的香味穿透力:入口鮮明、尾段乾爽且餘韻悠長。酒廠背景沉穩,釀造注重蒸餾掌控與植物香料的選配,並會挑選來自日本與海外的香材田地與花園,以呈現在地感與現代平衡。建議冰鎮純飲、單塊大冰塊慢飲或用來調製高階 G&T/古典琴酒雞尾酒,能同時顯現柑橘清新與椒香層次。
Nikka Coffey Gin is a spirited Japanese expression built on Nikka’s Coffey (column) distillation expertise. Aromas open with sweet orange and cherry, lifted by piney resin and bergamot citrus; a peppery, Szechuan-like spice threads through the mid-palate. The 47% ABV gives a full-bodied mouthfeel—crisp citrus drive up front, a savory, resinous core and a long, drying finish that keeps botanical spice and citrus peel lingering. Producer notes emphasize continuous Coffey still distillation and a careful marrying of traditional gin botanicals with select aromatics to produce an approachable yet distinctive style. Serve chilled neat, over a large ice cube, or in a premium Gin & Tonic to showcase its bright citrus and peppery lift.
