The 2017 Chateau Hosanna is a classic Bordeaux blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. This wine is a testament to the rich history of the vineyard, which was once part of the de May family estate, one of the first vineyards in Pomerol. The wine is aged for 16-18 months in French oak barrels, half of which are new. This process results in a wine with a savory and classic taste, with a strong body and high acidity. The wine is best decanted for 2 hours before serving and pairs well with beef, lamb, game, and poultry.
