品飲筆記：打開杯蓋就是明亮的柑橘皮與橙皮果醬香，接著流出香草、蜂蜜與烤蘋果的溫暖甜感，烘烤過的橡木與細緻香料為整體添了結構感，口感圓潤柔滑，餘韻帶有溫暖的辛香與持久木質感。 酒莊說明：Vibrant Oak 屬於麥卡倫的和諧系列，主題是讓橡木的「活潑面向」來主導風味而不搶走原始風貌，強調麥芽本身與各類橡木風味之間的平衡。 釀造與熟成：以傳統單一麥芽蒸餾手法製成，投入精選的橡木窖池熟成，選用偏向明亮、較少厚重雪莉感的橡木風味，使香草、柑橘與香料得以輕盈呈現。 田野與原料：原料來自蘇格蘭本地的麥芽大麥，海洋性氣候與涼爽氣溫賦予麥芽乾淨的穀物底蘊，與橡木的香甜和諧相融。輕鬆享用時建議先在杯中靜置幾分鐘，讓香氣慢慢展開。

The bottling showcases the distillery’s celebrated oak management, highlighting lively, uplifting oak influence without overpowering the spirit. Distilling & maturation notes: Distilled at The Macallan using traditional small-batch methods, then matured in a curated selection of oak casks with emphasis on brighter, lively oak profiles. The result is a balanced expression where oak-derived vanilla, citrus and spice sit in harmonious interplay with the malted spirit. Vineyard / field notes: While not a wine, its raw material comes from locally sourced malted barley grown in Scottish fields shaped by cool, maritime climate — a foundation that gives the spirit its crisp cereal core and clean grain character.
