The palate is refreshingly bright and creamy with a fine, persistent mousse and elegant acidity. Producer notes: Pierre Bertrand crafts this Champagne from Premier Cru sites, favouring balance and a classic profile suited to both everyday enjoyment and special occasions. Winemaking notes: Made by the traditional method with extended lees contact and a low Brut dosage, the wine shows subtle brioche and baked bread notes without losing lively citrus freshness. Vineyard notes: Grapes are sourced from Premier Cru vineyards on chalky soils in Champagne’s cool climate; careful viticulture and gentle pressing preserve aromatic purity and crisp acidity.
