Crafted by the Bournet-Lapostolle family, this biodynamic wine showcases the dedication to organic viticulture and meticulous winemaking. Aged for 24 months in French oak, it reveals an intense dark purple hue with violet edges. The expressive nose offers ripe plums, dry figs, and elegant clover aromas, complemented by sweet spices. On the palate, it starts concentrated, unfolds into a lively mid-palate, and finishes with a well-structured tannic frame and remarkable length. The vineyard, located 70 km from the sea, benefits from diverse elevations and organic certification, ensuring a wine of exceptional quality.
