Clos Apalta 2013 is a masterpiece from the renowned Apalta Valley in Chile. Crafted by the Bournet-Lapostolle family, this wine showcases a biodynamic approach and meticulous care in its production. The vineyard, located at an elevation of 185-385 meters, benefits from a unique microclimate and organic certification. The wine is aged for 28 months in new French oak barrels, resulting in a deep ruby red color with purple edges. On the nose, it reveals complex aromas of blackberry, blueberry, cassis, and dry figs, complemented by clove, black pepper, and lavender.
