2016 年的龐德格力展現出深沉且有力量的風格:杯中先是濃郁的黑果、黑加侖香氣,伴隨紫羅蘭花香、甘草與一抹礦物氣息。入口飽滿集中,果實厚實但保有清爽線條,單寧紮實且帶顆粒感,口腔質地同時有力與細緻,尾韻悠長且餘味乾淨。酒莊手工採收、逐串挑選,採用原生酵母自然發酵,約四週浸皮並於桶中做malolactic,後段以法國新桶、混凝土陶罐與一酒桶分次陳年16–18個月,造就層次感與結構感。葡萄園約81公頃,卵礫石土壤,已獲有機與生物動力認證,田間管理強調土壤活性與低干預,讓酒既有力量也有細緻的礦物與清新感。建議醒酒約90分鐘,溫度16–18°C品飲。
Deep, polished and audacious — the 2016 Pontet-Canet opens with concentrated black fruits and cassis layered with violet perfume, licorice and a cool mineral edge. On the palate it is full-bodied and super-concentrated, yet fresh: dense, precise tannins form a savory, grainy frame around ripe dark fruit, tobacco and subtle oak spice. The texture is simultaneously muscular and refined, with a long, sumptuous finish. Producer notes highlight a powerful, pure nose and a structured, refreshing palate. Winemaking is meticulous: hand-harvested, manual sorting and destemming, indigenous yeast fermentation, four-week maceration with gentle punch-downs and malolactic in vats. Maturation for 16–18 months (50% new French oak, 35% concrete amphora, 15% one-wine barrels) adds complexity and polish. Vineyard: Pontet-Canet’s 81 ha sit on quaternary gravel and are certified organic and biodynamic; biodynamic practices and careful canopy work lend energy and minerality. Ideal to decant (~90 minutes) and serve at 16–18°C.

Château Pontet-Canet is a fifth-growth Pauillac estate revived under the Tesseron family. Over recent decades it has become a benchmark for biodynamic, terroir-driven Bordeaux: large gravelly estates, meticulous vineyard work, and modern yet respectful cellar techniques. Jean-Michel Comme leads winemaking with biodynamic principles and an emphasis on balancing power with purity; Michel Rolland has also consulted. The house combines traditional classification prestige with contemporary regenerative farming.
