The palate is medium-bodied and finely balanced, showing silky texture and gentle, polished tannins that frame the fruit without ever overpowering it. The finish is long and tightly wound — harmonious now but with the structure to reward short-term cellaring. Low yields and selective hand harvesting concentrate flavour while respecting site character.
