品飲筆記：一打開便是清晰的紅果與花香，櫻桃、覆盆子與野草莓的果實感交織著紫羅蘭的細膩香氣，底層帶有微微的香料與礦質氣息。口感圓潤但有張力，酸度明快，單寧細緻如絲，整體輕盈卻層次分明，收尾帶回香與礦感。 酒莊風格：尼古拉丁羅西諾是一家重視風土表現的小型酒莊，專注於佛內一級園的細緻風貌，追求在地性與平衡感。 釀造要點：人工採收、溫控發酵與溫和萃取，為保留果香與細膩口感，陳年採用法國橡木桶（部分新桶）約一年到一年半，讓結構更圓潤不搶風頭。 葡萄園環境：桑特諾一級園多為石灰質混黏土，坡向與排水良好，產量控制下能集中風土特色，成就果香純淨且酸度支撐良好的酒款。這支酒在口中有很舒服的手感，適合喜歡優雅與細緻線條的人。

Tasting note: Bright, elegant and classically Volnay — lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry are joined by violet and a gentle layer of savory spice and wet stone. On the palate the wine shows a silky mid-weight texture, fine-grained tannins and brisk acidity that keeps the fruit focused; subtle oak frames rather than dominates. The finish is poised, with mineral echoes and a lingering floral note. Producer notes: Domaine Nicolas Rossignol is a focused Volnay producer known for crafting terroir-driven wines from premier cru sites. The estate works to reflect the character of Santenots through careful vineyard selection and traditionally-minded cellar work. Winemaking: Hand-harvested fruit undergoes gentle handling with temperature-managed fermentations and moderate extraction to preserve finesse. Aging takes place in French oak barrels (a portion new) for close to a year to a year and a half, giving texture and spice without overpowering the natural fruit and acidity. Vineyard: Santenots' limestone-clay soils and favorable exposure yield grapes with concentrated, aromatic fruit and lively acidity. Yields are controlled to enhance concentration and typicity, producing wines that balance elegance with depth.
