A dry red from the 2019 vintage that highlights volcanic-soil character and ripe dark-fruit flavours. On the nose: black cherry, plum and a warm spice note with smoky oak and a hint of leather. The palate is medium–full, layered with ripe berry fruit, subtle savoury earth tones and a mineral backbone that lifts the finish. Gentle extraction and careful oak ageing provide structure without overpowering the fruit, making this a versatile bottle for both simple meals and richer dishes. Best enjoyed after a brief decant to reveal tertiary nuances.
