Tasting note

泰斯卡 2023 特別版出自斯凱島，帶有強烈海風感與泥煤煙熏。第一口是海鹽、濕岩石與煙燻，接著黑胡椒與橡木香逐步展開，柑橘皮的清爽和烘乾果實的甜感在中段溫柔托襯。桶強度的酒體厚實，口感有油潤感和暖意，尾韻以香料與炭火煙長時間收束。釀酒廠選用多種橡木桶調配陳放，保留原始海島風味的同時增加層次。建議倒入小杯先靜置十分鐘，讓香氣舒展，再慢慢品嚐。

Talisker 2023 Special Release is a bold, cask-strength single malt from the Isle of Skye. Expect a rugged maritime character — saline air and brine meet rich peat smoke, underpinned by black pepper and warming oak spice. Citrus zest and baked dried fruit lift the mid‑palate while notes of honey and caramel linger. This release has been married and finished in selected oak casks to amplify intensity and length. On the palate it’s full-bodied and layered, with a long, peppery finish that recalls shoreline embers and sea spray. Best enjoyed neat or with a few minutes’ rest in the glass to open up its complex aromatics.
