雅柏10年是艾雷島上最具代表性的泥煤風格單一麥芽威士忌：煙燻濃烈但又有麥芽的天然甘香支撐。香氣先是檸檬與青柑的清新，接著是蜂蠟黑巧克力、薄荷與海鹽般的鹹味；入口瞬間爆發泥煤氣泡感，黑胡椒與肉桂糖漿交錯，還有奶油、烤棉花糖與淡淡咖啡的厚實感。酒廠以傳統大麥發芽和泥煤烘焙著稱，酒液於波本桶中熟成，帶來溫暖香草與堅果的尾韻。建議先倒入杯中靜置10分鐘，淺嚐或加少許水，會讓層次更豐富。

Ardbeg Ten is Islay distilled at its most iconic — a bold, peat-driven single malt that balances intense smoke with a surprising malt sweetness. On the nose, zesty lemon and lime peel meet waxy dark chocolate, menthol and coastal brine; the palate erupts with crackling peat, black pepper, salted buttermilk and toasted marshmallow notes. Aged in bourbon casks, the whisky is non-chill filtered and delivers a long, tarry, espresso-tinged finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water and a short rest in the glass to open up the layers.

Ardbeg Distillery, perched on the southern coast of Islay, has a long reputation for producing intensely peaty single malts. Known for traditional floor-malting practices (historically) and heavy peat influence, Ardbeg matures its spirit primarily in ex-bourbon casks to retain bright vanilla and toffee notes beneath the smoke. Today the distillery is part of the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy group and continues to be celebrated for bold, maritime whiskies that reward both sip-by-sip tasting and food pairings.
