品飲筆記:酒色深沉帶輕微石榴紅邊緣,先以玫瑰乾花與茶香迎人,隨後釋放出黑櫻桃與黑莓的濃郁果實,夾帶甘草、可可、皮革與煙草氣息,還有微妙的鹹礦感與香草薄荷調,層次豐富。口感飽滿,單寧有顆粒感但打磨得細緻,結構結實,餘韻悠長。 酒莊與生產:露鵲(Luce)源自1990年代由蒙塔迪維與Frescobaldi家族的合作計畫,現由Lamberto Frescobaldi掌舵,秉持在蒙塔奇諾優良坡地上追求力量與優雅的理念。 釀造:以水泥槽發酵(約28°C)、發酵期約12天,果皮浸皮四週以提取結構與香氣,完成苹果酸乳酸發酵後在斯拉ヴ尼亞橡木桶熟成約24個月,展現橡木的溫和支撐而不蓋住果味。 葡萄園與口感重點:位於蒙塔奇諾西南緩坡,排水良好、日照與溫差有利於成熟與酸度保留。酒體有重量但不笨拙,入口先是果實飽滿,接著是香料與礦物感,單寧細膩卻有抓力,適合與燒烤牛排、羔羊、燉煮紅肉或陳年起司搭配。建議醒酒一小時,16–18°C 享用。

Tasting Note: Deep ruby with garnet hues, this Brunello opens with perfumed notes of dried rose and tea before revealing a core of black cherry and blackberry layered with licorice, cocoa and savory tobacco. Hints of iodine and a balsamic menthol lift add complexity. On the palate it is full-bodied and textured: grainy, well-structured tannins frame ripe fruit and spice, leading to a long, persistent finish. Producer Notes: Luce was born from a collaboration between Marchesi de' Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi in the early 1990s; since the mid-2000s the estate has been steered by Lamberto Frescobaldi under Marchesi de' Frescobaldi ownership. The project focuses on expressing Montalcino's best hillside sites with power and elegance. Winemaking Notes: Fermentation in cement vats at around 28°C for approximately 12 days with extended maceration on skins (about four weeks). Malolactic fermentation is carried out, followed by roughly 24 months of ageing in Slavonian oak, producing a wine that balances oak complexity with ripe fruit concentration. Vineyard Notes: Vines are planted on the gentle south-western slopes of Montalcino where well-drained soils and favourable exposure encourage concentrated phenolic ripeness. Luce's holdings total broadly across the estate, with a select portion dedicated to the Brunello cuvée, harvested and managed to achieve structure, aromatics and longevity. Service: Decant for about 60 minutes and serve at 16–18°C. Drinking window 2023–2038. Pair with richly flavoured red meats, game and mature cheeses.
